In the tradition of amorous poems, know-how of French producers and designers of fragrances, the "Château de La Roche-Guyon", will release the scent of hundreds of roses, plants in the spotlight in 2010.
In this splendid setting, you revisit the history of this emblematic flower through the presentation of a choice of the most remarkable chromolithographies of roses made by Edouard Maubert (1806-1879), painter attached to the Museum of Natural History in Paris.
Those that made him great fame, will appeal to all lovers of roses:
the exuberant "Laurence de Montmorency, the discreet 'Pompon de Bourgogne' and many others with lots of charm will deliver all their forms and colors.

Your eyes will be filled and it seems you can almost feel them if you look closer at these wonderful pictures: "Les Roses de Maubert".
